Thank you to my friends and followers – part 2

I have to take a short break from writing about toilets in Italy, thanks to friends and followers. As I was posting my first blog with pictures of the toilet that I received from my friends and followers, other followers were encouraged and sent me more pictures. 😀😎

But first of all I would like to thank Daniel V. I’m sorry I missed doing that in the last “thank you” blog. He is responsible for my websites looking this nice and professional. A young guy who takes his job seriously and loves what he does. We never met, but he was very patient in answering my thousand questions and tried to design the site exactly how he thought I had envisioned it. Honestly, I’m not sure I knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to look, but he figured it out. He put all the pieces together with all my whining and pleading. 🙈🙊🙉😀💙

For the next toilet, Zdenka proposes a competition for the country with smallest toilets. In her opinion, the winner would be Italy.

Do you remember the commercials: “But that’s not all! you also get a magic cloth!! Two for one! Take two, pay for one! etc etc ? And then we feel so happy because we got three more unnecessary things as a gift. 🎉🎊🥇😀 But we all know that nothing comes for free, right?

Well, in this toilet it’s: “get it all in one!!”

Vesna was very pleasantly surprised when she came across these unusual toilets in Luzern, Switzerland. COMPOST TOILETS! There were mixed among “normal” toilets. She wanted to use one to see how it all worked. These are her comments:

Well, in my opinion this is nice! I can only add : kudos to the team that presented this, kudos to the City Council that accepted them. And finally, kudos to the people who use them. Well done Luzern!

ps. I don’t usually use the word “kudos,” but when I looked it up in the dictionary, I liked the explanation of the word.
